The Role

You will be assisting a sewing machinist by handling large fabric panels and supporting the production process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the movement of large panels
• Sliding, pushing, and pulling materials into position
• Supporting the sewing machinist to maintain workflow
• Working efficiently to ensure production targets are met
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment

About You

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Able to work quickly while maintaining safety standards
• A strong team player who supports colleagues
• Reliable and able to commit to the full assignment period
• Good awareness and attention to detail

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30
• Friday: 07:00 – 12:30 (early finish)

About You

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working nights in an industrial environment.

Essential / desirable requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience (ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments)
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
• Counterbalance Forklift experience or licence is highly desirable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
