IVOXX are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of a hands-on manufacturing business based in New Alresford. This is a temporary role for a few months, offering consistent hours and weekly pay within a practical yard-based environment.
This position is ideal for an experienced forklift driver who is happy to work independently, keep the yard organised, and support the wider production team when required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Organising and maintaining the yard to keep it tidy and accessible
- Placing materials accurately in designated storage areas
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting the production team with basic drilling or stamping tasks when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid internal or external Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Own transport required due to location
- Previous forklift experience in a yard or warehouse setting
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Willingness to assist in other areas when needed
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 17:00
- Friday: 07:45 - 14:00
- 42 hours per week
- £13.80 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- Temporary assignment (a few months)
