IVOXX is recruiting for a Logistics Administrator on behalf of a fast-paced and growing transport and distribution business based in Southampton. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to join a busy operations team within a company focused on growth, continuous improvement, and delivering excellent service.
This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working within a busy warehouse and logistics office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Booking incoming goods and returns into the warehouse management system
- Relocating stock within the warehouse management system (Locate IT)
- Creating picking instructions for outbound collections
- Liaising with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding work instructions
- Maintaining accurate bond and shipment records on internal systems
- Organising collections with suppliers and courier companies
- Assisting with site visits and inspections of stored goods
- Supporting compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Previous administration experience within logistics, warehouse, or transport environments is beneficial
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Comfortable using email systems and warehouse/logistics software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
Hours & Salary:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
- Permanent, full-time position
- Starting salary of £27,500 per annum
- Salary increasing to £28,000 following successful completion of probation
