Production Operative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Packing products accurately and efficiently ready for dispatch
• Checking product quality to meet company standards
• Cleaning and maintaining production lines and work areas
• Assisting with basic machine operation
• Supporting other departments as needed to keep production moving

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous production experience (especially in food) is helpful - but not essential; full training is provided
• A reliable, motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to do overtime when required
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right

What You’ll Get:

• £12.60 per hour (AM shift) / £13.23 per hour (PM shift) - paid weekly
• Fixed weekday hours: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:15 (rotating weekly)
• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Supportive, friendly team culture with on-the-job training
