IVOXX are currently recruiting for a Quotation Administrator on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Andover. This is a permanent opportunity to join a busy Design and Sales team, supporting the full quotation process from initial enquiry through to final submission within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the quotation process from receipt of enquiry to final submission
- Receiving, collating, and organising customer quotation requests
- Analysing requirements in collaboration with the Sales and Design teams
- Liaising with Directors to determine suitable technical and commercial solutions
- Maintaining and administering costing spreadsheets (Excel-based)
- Working with Purchasing, Production, and external suppliers to obtain accurate pricing and technical information
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting the Design team with layouts, amendments, and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong, proven experience using Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Previous experience in a quotation, sales support, or a administrative role
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or genuine interest in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is advantageous
- Understanding of technical drawings is desirable but not essential
What You’ll Get:
- £28,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
