We’re recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturer in Winchester. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent role offering consistent hours, great pay, and a friendly, supportive working environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring materials are in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working in a cold/freezer environment
- Receiving and storing raw materials and packaging
- Moving finished products from production into the freezer and cold store
- Preparing packaging and stock for production lines
- Attending weekly meetings
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Must have own transport, as public transport is not available to the site.
- Forklift licence is desirable
- Experience in a production environment is beneficial
- Able to rotate shifts if needed
- Willingness to work one Saturday a month
What You’ll Get:
- £12.90 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:15
