Are you looking to secure a full-time role with long-term stability? We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, well-established company in Totton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent hours, full training, and the chance to build a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking orders accurately using scanners and headsets
- Packing items securely using tape guns and packing equipment
- Labelling products and carrying out quality checks
- Updating stock information on the computer system
- Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Own transport is required (no public transport available on Sundays)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and scanners
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Permanent shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 06:00-16:30 (40 hours per week)
- Training period: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 for the first few weeks
- £13.46 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
