IVOXX is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established storage, fulfilment, and distribution business based in Nursling. This is a fantastic opportunity with the possibility of a permanent contract after 12 weeks, offering consistent hours, weekly pay, and long-term career prospects.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping busy, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is happy to support different areas of the warehouse operation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Organising and maintaining warehouse storage areas to ensure a clean and efficient working environment
- Refilling packing and checkout stations with supplies and materials
- Emptying cardboard bins and disposing of waste and recycling correctly
- Assisting with warehouse cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and free from hazards
- Supporting the wider warehouse team wherever required
What We're Looking For:
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
Shifts & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 07:45 - 16:30
- £13.45 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- Temporary ongoing assignment with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks
