We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy, friendly team based near Southampton Airport. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves working safely around forklifts and supporting the smooth running of the warehouse.
What you’ll be doing:
- De-palletising stock from European pallets
- Labelling boxes accurately
- Re-palletising and wrapping pallets
- General picking, packing and processing orders when required
- Loading/unloading boxes up to 15–20kg
- Following strict Health & Safety and site safety procedures at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with manual handling (up to 20kg)
- Able to work safely around moving machinery
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (40 hours per week)
Overtime may be offered during peak periods and is paid at an enhanced rate
This is a temporary assignment, likely to last until mid December.
