IVOXX is recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader (Nights) on behalf of a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation. This is a full-time permanent position, offering the opportunity to join a stable business in a hands-on leadership role. The position is ideal for someone who leads by example and is confident working within a busy night shift warehouse environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and leading a small team while remaining fully involved in the day-to-day warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team to meet operational targets
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift (where required)
- Handling a variety of products and materials
- Supporting general warehouse duties including picking, stock movement, and organisation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Ensuring deadlines are met within a fast-paced operation
About You
We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach.
Essential / Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to motivate others
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Counterbalance Forklift experience or licence is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Please note: Due to operational requirements, candidates must be able to work the first six hours of the shift without a break.
