IVOXX are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative on behalf of a well-established production site in Winchester. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering full training, consistent hours, and the chance to build a long-term career within food manufacturing.
This role would suit someone with previous machine operating experience, ideally within a food environment, who enjoys working as part of a friendly and fast-paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating machinery to pasteurise dairy products (full training provided)
- Following set recipes and production instructions
- Loading ingredients into machines accurately
- Carrying out quality checks, particularly around allergens
- Cleaning down production lines to maintain hygiene standards
- Supporting other areas when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine operating experience (food environment preferred)
- Able to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Must have your own transport
- Good attention to detail, especially with quality and safety checks
- Friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player
- Flexible and willing to support different areas when needed
Shifts & Pay:
- Rotating weekly shifts (Monday to Friday): 0800 – 1615 | 1600 - 0015
- £12.90 per hour (paid weekly, same rate across both shifts)
- Overtime available, including occasional Saturdays
- Temporary to permanent opportunity offering long-term stability
