IVOXX are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of a growing local business known for its quality products and great people. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering full training, consistent hours, and the chance to build long-term experience within a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Packing products accurately and efficiently ready for dispatch
- Checking product quality to meet company standards
- Cleaning and maintaining production lines and work areas
- Assisting with basic machine operation
- Supporting other departments to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous production experience (especially in food) is helpful – but not essential (full training provided)
- Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player
- Own transport is essential due to location
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Shifts & Pay:
- £12.90 per hour, paid weekly (same rate across all shifts)
- Rotating weekly shifts (Monday - Friday):
- 06:00 – 14:15
- 14:00 – 22:15
- Full-time | 40 hours per week
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
