IVOXX are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Winchester. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering full training, steady weekday hours, and the chance to build long-term experience within a fast-paced production environment.
This role involves supporting various areas of production, from preparing ingredients and processing products through to packing finished goods, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with day-to-day production operations
- Weighing and preparing ingredients for processing
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Following “clean as you go” procedures at all times
- Supporting waste reduction and production efficiency
- Working safely and following company health & safety procedures
- Assisting with general production duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 are advantageous
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Good attention to detail and high personal standards
Shifts & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:45
- £12.71 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
