IVOXX are recruiting for a Quality Coordinator on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business in Alton. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, offering consistent weekday hours, ongoing training, and the chance to join a supportive team committed to maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.

This role is ideal for someone with previous quality or GMP experience within food manufacturing who enjoys working in a hands-on environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out GMP and quality checks across production processes
  • Collecting and testing product samples to ensure they meet required standards
  • Conducting hygiene audits to maintain food safety compliance
  • Providing training and support to production staff where required
  • Printing and verifying labels for accuracy and compliance
  • Working within a temperature-controlled environment (8–11°C)
  • Supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives across the site

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Quality, GMP, or Food Manufacturing
  • Experience within food quality, quality coordination, or Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is highly desirable
  • Food Science qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a chilled production environment

Hours & Salary:

  • £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00 or 07:00 - 16:00
  • Permanent, full-time position
