IVOXX are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established business in Eastleigh. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering consistent weekday hours, weekly pay, and the chance to join a supportive team environment.
This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys hands-on work, accuracy, and being part of a busy shipping operation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting shipping operations, including handling larger and multi-pallet orders
- Checking and packing products accurately against pick slips
- Scanning and verifying serial numbers using handheld devices
- Building, wrapping, and labelling pallets ready for dispatch
- Carrying out regular manual handling (up to 25kg)
- Using internal systems to process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking and goods-in
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience, ideally within picking or shipping
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
- £13.46 per hour, paid weekly in arrears
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
