IVOXX is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader (Nights) to join a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who leads by example and is confident working within a busy night shift environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and leading a small team while remaining fully involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team to meet operational targets
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Operating a counterbalance forklift (where required)
  • Handling a variety of products and materials
  • Supporting general warehouse duties including picking, stock movement, and organisation
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced setting

About You
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual with strong leadership capability and a hands-on approach.

Essential / desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • Experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong communication skills – articulate and confident
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Counterbalance forklift experience or licence is highly desirable
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Please note: Due to operational requirements, candidates must be able to work the first 6 hours of the shift without a break.
